DESCRIPTION:
I really don't know what these forms are. They say they are claims forms and appear to be forms that were used to make a military claim. All the places where a date can be filled in show a year of "186", leaving the last digit blank to be filled in. The forms say that they were created in response to Acts passed in 1862 and 1863. There are three copies of the forms: one labeled "Original", one labeled "Duplicate" and one labeled "Triplicate". These forms are for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and reference the Pennsylvania Reserve Corps.
Condition:
The forms look genuine and are in remarkably good condition, given their age, but I have not had the forms authenticated. See scans.
